March Is National Kidney Awareness Month

Updated: Mar 3

According to the National Institute of Health (www.niddk.nih.gov), "Did you know your kidneys filter all of your blood up to 25 times a day?"

Or according to the National Kidney Foundation, "30 million people in the U.S. have kidney disease but only 10% know it." This equates to roughly 1 in 7 Americans suffer rom Kidney disease.

March is dedicated to bringing awareness to the vital organs known as the kidneys. Please join Nu You in becoming advocates of kidney awareness. It is easy to neglect the warning signs of kidney function decline. There are several forums, online, dedicated to the education & development of good kidney health.
